Ed Frazier
Ed Frazier is the managing partner of Corporate Smoke Jumpers. He has been active in development activities with several major Fortune 500 companies, including TCI (now Comcast Cable), Liberty Media, Time Warner, and the Houston Sports Association (the owner of the Houston Astros baseball team). In addition to the major Fortune 500 companies, he currently works with Fox Sports Net, a subsidiary of News Corporation. His activities have included the implementation, design, and operation of complex technologies, as well as the structuring of partnerships and joint ventures. While at Liberty Media, he was the CEO of Liberty Sports, a holding company comprised of 27 operating divisions. While at Liberty he led the company from a single network generating $12 million a year in annual sales to $750 million in annual revenue with an operating income of $112 million annually. He has also served as the NTN Communications’ Chairman of the Board and has been a member of the Board of Directors for industry trade groups such as the Cable Advertising Bureau, Regional Sports Association, Wireless Communcation Association and numerous charitable boards. Mr Frazier also acquired the LMDS spectrum for the Dallas Ft. Worth area and 23 surrounding counties. His company operates point to point communications Links for all carriers.
Milestones of Mr. Frazier’s activities include the development of the regional sports networks, five of which he led in the startup and the acquisition of others. Included in his experience are international ventures in Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia.

Glenn Gurgiolo
Glenn Gurgiolo is the video production and distribution expert for CSJ. His distribution expertise was developed pioneering Pay TV in the 70’s, PPV in the 80’s, Direct to Home (DTH) distribution in the 90’s and IP video syndication this decade. His production credits include both Executive Producer and Producer titles for live sports and HD series.
His senior level positions were with Lorimar Sports Networks, Prime Network, Liberty Sports and FOX Sports Net.
As President of the satellite sports group for Prime Sports, Glenn was tasked with developing the plan to distribute regional sports to the C-Band & DBS home dish market. He took his plan from concept to a $100M plus division in under ten years. Along the way he developed 3 additional businesses all using alternative distribution methods.
As an experienced general manager with full profit & loss, start up and operational experience, Glenn has detailed knowledge about all facets of video syndication and distribution. A visionary leader and builder of high performance sales teams, Glenn is a sound decision-maker experienced in strategic planning, new business development, marketing and the development of networks.

Bob Kelley
Mr. Kelley brings start-up experience to CSJ. He has been involved in many and understands the requirements of moving an organization for the idea stages of development to sustained double digit grow for long periods of time. His responsibilities have included business development, sales and marketing, set up and training of mid and upper level management teams.
As area manager with a major telecommunications company he and his team developed a major presence within the Dallas/Ft Worth area through the acquisition and integration of a major competitor into existing networks.He also oversaw the deployment and growth of 200+ channels with in a 300-mile radius of the metroplex.
He most recently launched a corporate program both locally and nationally for an Israeli based wholesale jewelry company, which resulted in double-digit growth and a new revenue steam that resulted in an additional $7 million annually in gross revenue.

Stephen Eckersley
Stephen Eckersley currently provides technical services to clients of Corporate Smoke Jumpers. Mr. Eckersley recently returned from a position as vice president and chief technical officer for a communications client company. Mr. Eckersley was responsible for exploring and identifying new technologies for implementation into the communications network. Among his tasks was the integration of the entire network into a cohesive unit to provide the best possible services to the company’s communications customers.
As chief technical officer, Mr. Eckersley defined the parameters for the integrated wired and wireless technologies now being utilized in the client’s network and was also responsible for all engineering and operations, including voice, data, internet, and cable television. Under Mr. Eckersley’s guidance, the company became one of the first LMDS license holders to begin operations in the 31 GHz band. During his tenure, Mr. Eckersley controlled a budget exceeding $50 million and the communications company added over 10,000 customers.
Prior to his present position, Mr. Eckersley spent five years working in start up operations focused on fixed wireless technology. In this capacity, he has been involved in Local Multipoint Distribution Systems (LMDS) from the inception of the technology and has also worked in other frequency spectrums such as Multichannel Microwave Distribution Service (MMDS), Personal Communication Service (PCS), and various communication bands.
With 25 years in the telephone industry at New Jersey Bell and Southwestern Bell, Mr. Eckersley’s expertise encompasses engineering design of equipment, facilities, and networks; planning; budgeting; maintenance and personnel management.
Mr. Eckersley graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Subsequently he received a Master of Business Administration degree, with concentrations in management and finance, from Dallas Baptist University. He is licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer and an Advanced Peace Officer.

Bruce Fisher
Bruce Fisher is a seasoned veteran with more than 25 years experience in the art and science of creating innovative marketing and sales strategies to successfully launch new products and increase revenue from existing products and markets. Specializing in market driven business planning and implementation, Mr. Fisher focuses on the alignment of corporate goals and resources, product features and customer needs to design and implement effective business, marketing and sales strategies.
An in-depth knowledge of business processes and market forces gained from years of Senior Executive level experience in product development, product management, marketing and sales are the underpinnings of his ability to quickly identify and resolve business issues whether they are product, marketing or sales related. His knowledge, experience and ability to work closely with all disciplines and within all levels of an organization ensure the quick and effective implementation of quality solutions to business problems. In addition, the different perspectives gained from his work in large, publicly traded companies, as well as small, privately held firms including Start-ups and Turn-arounds enable him to synthesize unique, innovative and efficacious solutions to even the most difficult business problems.

Mart D. Nelson, P.E.
With over 35 years experience in technology, operations, systems integration, product and systems design and management processes, Mr. Nelson has established a practical, cost conscious approach to improving business and technology operations. This experience has been gained against a solid educational and professional background, including degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is a Professional engineer, licensed to practice in Texas.
As an engineer in AT&T - the Bell System - and then as a founding partner and former engineering partner in BlytheoNelson, a Management Services and Systems Engineering firm that was based in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Nelson has developed extensive expertise in complex business and technology services.

Gloria Frazier
Gloria Frazier has been involved in public education for over 18 years. She has served as an officer of public education organizations and has been involved in planning and executing activities related to preparing students for College, and SAT exams. Additionally she has worked as a site base advisor in the Arlington Independent School District. Her experience within the public school system has given her the abiity to work with organization both in education and Corporate America.
She provides Corporate America a platform to test employees and excutives over information critical to the needs of the organization. She utilizes the Learn Star instuctional media to compose competitions that are used to inform and train employees, and executives at all levels within the company.
She is availble to work with companies world wide in capturing and presenting infromation that enhances retention and enhances training materials.

Trey Weir
A co-founder and original member of Corporate Smoke Jumpers, Trey Weir brings expertise in finance, business development, strategic planning, venture start-up, mergers and acquisition. A majority of Trey's experience surrounds deal structuring, specifically in telecommunications and high technology companies. Prior to Corporate Smoke Jumpes, Mr. Weir worked as a Senior Consultant with CoServ Strategic Advisory Group where he was responsible for managing the acquisition and divesture activity of CoServ Electric and its subsidiaries. His activities included evaluating ventures targeted to be acquired by analyzing financial, managerial, legal and regulatory issues. Deals of interest include the acquisitions of Cable Plus Communications, a $55 million private telecommunications and cable company, and Masterlink, an Internet Service Provider and website development company. Both companies were strategically acquired to increase the effectiveness of CoServ telecommunications.
While with CoServ, Trey also worked on projects in the energy industry by consulting to Multatech Engineering and TXU Energy Services on renewable energy solutions specific to the wastewater treatment industry. His contribution included creating and analyzing a financial model that projected the potential for wastewater treatment plants to generate power using digester gas.
Currently, Mr. Weir is advising high tech technology companies which are in early stage development. His consulting work includes: building financial models, managing market research, creating investor presentations and introducing the venture to potential capital investors and strategic partners.
Trey graduated from Baylor University, where he was a four-year letterman in football, with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Following graduation from Baylor, Mr. Weir spent four years in the Arena Football League. Concurrently, Trey provided business development and financial consulting to several start-up ventures.

Jay Ryan
Jay Ryan brings a broad range of experience to CSJ clients. Recently he has been involved in the development and launch of U.S. Benefits+, a web enabled company focused on employee, customer and charity loyalty benefits, www.usbenefitsplus.com. He was previously involved in diagnostic imaging and teleradiology systems implementation, and healthcare logistics. Jay has driven productivity improvements via technology through multiple business situations, in and out of healthcare.
Milestones in Mr. Ryan’s experience include working with MEDIBUY.COM a privately held B2B eCommerce firm specializing in the healthcare industry supply-chain using technology which interfaces with group purchasing organizations including: HPG/HCA, CHCA, Novation, Consorta, and others. He also worked with HEALTH COMM, where his work included business development, and client services working with executives identifying process improvements, and analysis of business opportunities. His work with NOVATION as SVP, brought him extensive experience in strategic planning for this the group purchasing cooperative of VHA and UHC, an $11.2 billion cooperative. He worked in all aspects of information technologies, finance, human resources, and legal matters. He was instrumental in strengthening relationships with supply partners.
Communications are key to Jay's focus on business and life. He has been involved in sports and event public address for over 30 years. He has recently been involved in the launch of www.pennyentertainment.com , an Internet video streaming company that produces events for school districts to include sports and other events. His vast experience in event planning allows translation of these web enabled technologies to business conferences/meetings. This technology uses the power of the Internet to enhance communications and reduce expenses relating to travel and effective collaboration.
His current focus applies Internet technology to enhancing the benefits offerings of corporations to their employees. He also has been instrumental in linking the enhancement of these lifestyle benefits to fundraising for charities in cooperation with Corporate America. Brenda Molloy
Brenda Molloy, co-founder and Vice President/General Manager of MasterLink, brings internet design and marketing strategy to CSJ.
After writing her honor’s thesis “Opportunities and Challenges of Marketing on the Information Highway,” she co-founded MasterLink to develop an Internet company that focuses on marketing, e-commerce and customer service. She developed a team of programming and design professionals, while also developing a sales and marketing plan to allow MasterLink to compete with much larger companies.One of her first major accounts was CITGO Petroleum.
Brenda’s knowledge of marketing on the Internet has resulted in many different speaking engagements including local Realtor’s associations, Rotary clubs, Lion’s clubs, Women’s Business Council, E-Women Network and a continuing education program for Texas attorneys.
Brenda’s background includes real estate, banking, and the oil industry, as well as numerous volunteer organizations. She is a member of Golden Key National Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa, and was on the President’s List and the National Dean’s List at UTD.

Scott Peterson
Scott Peterson holds the position of Design Director at The MasterLink Group, Inc. and brings those skills to Corporate Smoke Jumpers. Scott manages the Design department and serves as production liaison to ensure a correct, efficient completion of all projects.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, and is proficient in the following areas: HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Premier, Dimensions and Sound Forge.
Scott possesses a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a M.S. from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Michael Shaffer
Michael has served as VP of Development and lead developer for two companies over the last 11 years and brings those experiences to CSJ.
In his development career he has created custom solutions for such clients as General Electric, Ford Motor Company, the US Army, Herman Miller, Dow Chemical, Coca-Cola and many others.
Michael is also a published author, and has served as technical editor for five additional books in the development field.
Michael is the founder of IDUG (an international programming language consortium), a founding member of the X3/J15 ANSI/NIST committee, a Microsoft MCP and charter member of the ASPElite Group.
